Delta Center Rules

The Delta Center has a number of security standards in place. All guests will undergo searches, including metal detection, upon entry to the arena. Likewise, re-entry is not permitted once you’ve entered the arena.

The Delta Center bag policy

Bags, including purses, are generally not allowed inside The Delta Center. However, diaper bags and medical bags are permitted if they do not exceed 14″x14″x6″. Small clutches with a maximum size of 4″x6″x2″ are also allowed. All diaper and medical bags will be subject to X-ray screening to make sure they are safe to enter the arena.

Prohibited items at The Delta Center

The list of prohibited items at the Delta Center includes, but may not be limited to, the following:

» Aerosols
» Any type of recording device
» Cans and glass
» Coolers or bottles
» Firearms or any other type of weapon, regardless of permit
» Fireworks
» Flashlights
» Illegal substances of any kind
» Large flags or banners, especially if oversized or containing offensive materials
» Laser pointers
» Mace and/or pepper spray
» Noise-making devices that might annoy other guests or interrupt performances
» Professional camera equipment, such as detachable lenses
» Outside food and drinks
» Sticks, poles, or selfie sticks
» Strollers
» Tripods or monopods
» Umbrellas

Cash policy at The Delta Center

The Delta Center operates on a cashless basis. Please bring a credit, debit, or prepaid card, or mobile payment option.

Ticket policy at The Delta Center

All event tickets at The Delta Center are digital, and you will need a mobile device on the day to gain entry. Paper tickets are not in use.

Smoking policy at The Delta Center

Any form of smoking is prohibited at The Delta Center. A designated smoking area is located outside at most events — please ask event staff for directions. Per local laws, smokers must remain at least 25 feet from the building.

The Delta Center child policy

At the Delta Center, children under 24 months can sit on an adult’s lap during performances. Any older children must have their own ticket and seat.

The Delta Center pet and service animals policy

Pets are not allowed inside The Delta Center. However, service animals, in the performance of their duties, are allowed inside, subject to remaining on a leash.
